🔋 SRT192BP2 Battery Enclosure

The SRT6000 uses an integrated high-rate battery string internally and supports SRT192BP2 external battery enclosures for extended runtime. Each 2U enclosure adds approximately 11 minutes at half load. Up to 10 enclosures can be daisy-chained.

Battery life: 3–5 years for both internal and external batteries. At 6 kVA unity power factor, the batteries operate at higher discharge rates than the SRT5000 — thermal management and proactive replacement at 3 years is critical.

Installation note: The SRT6000 requires a dedicated 208V 30A circuit. Hardwired installation is common for permanent deployments. Our installation quote includes circuit assessment and PDU compatibility check.

The SRT6000 provides 6000 W at unity power factor (PF=1.0) vs 4500 W at PF=0.9 on the SRT5000. If your load exceeds 4500 W or you want maximum headroom on a single 208V circuit, the SRT6000 is the better choice. For loads under 4000 W, the SRT5000 is more cost-effective and physically smaller (3U vs 4U).

Does the SRT6000 support 120V output? ▼

The SRT6000 natively outputs 208V. For 120V loads, an external step-down transformer (SRT192RMBP2U or third-party) is required. We can quote the complete solution including transformer if your equipment requires 120V. Alternatively, the SRT6000 has 120V receptacles (NEMA 5-20R) that are transformer-fed internally on some models — confirm your SKU with us.

How much runtime does each external battery enclosure add? ▼

Each SRT192BP2 enclosure adds approximately 11 minutes at half load (3000 W) and roughly 4 minutes at full load (6000 W). For a 30-minute runtime target at 50% load, plan for 2–3 external enclosures. We size the exact configuration based on your load and runtime requirement.
